W związku z epidemią COVID-19 prosimy o zgłaszanie wszelkich niepożądanych osób na terenie Wspólnoty. Osoby niezamieszkujące apartamentowca na stałe, tj. osoby wynajmujące lokale na krótki termin, powinny być zgłaszane do pracowników recepcji, ochrony bądź bezpośrednio na nr alarmowy 112.
Dear residents!
In connection with the COVID-19 epidemic, please report any undesirable persons within the Community. Persons not permanently residing in the apartment building, i.e. persons renting premises for a short period of time, should be reported to the reception or security staff or directly to the emergency number 112.
W ustawie z dnia 2 marca 2020 r. o szczególnych rozwiązaniach związanych z zapobieganiem, przeciwdziałaniem i zwalczaniem COVID-19, innych chorób zakaźnych oraz wywołanych nimi sytuacji kryzysowych w art. 18. przewidziano, że w ustawie z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. o usługach hotelarskich oraz usługach pilotów wycieczek i przewodników turystycznych (Dz. U. z 2019 r. poz. 238) w art. 35 dodaje się ust. 4 w brzmieniu:
„4. Uznaje się, że w obiektach, w których są świadczone usługi hotelarskie bez uprzedniego zgłoszenia do właściwej ewidencji, o której mowa w art. 38, nie są spełnione wymagania sanitarne, o których mowa w ust. 1 pkt 2.„.

Art. 35. [Obiekty hotelarskie]
1. Usługi hotelarskie mogą być świadczone w obiektach hotelarskich, które spełniają:
1) wymagania co do wielkości obiektu, jego wyposażenia oraz zakresu świadczonych usług, ustalone dla rodzaju i kategorii, do których obiekt został zaszeregowany;
2) wymagania sanitarne, przeciwpożarowe oraz inne określone odrębnymi przepisami.
2. Usługi hotelarskie mogą być świadczone również w innych obiektach, jeżeli obiekty te spełniają minimalne wymagania co do wyposażenia, o których mowa w art. 45 pkt 4, oraz wymagania określone w ust. 1 pkt 2.
In the Act of March 2, 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, counteraction and eradication of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them in art. 18. provides that the Act of 29 August 1997 on hotel services and the services of tour leaders and tourist guides (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 238) in Art. 35 the following paragraph is added: 4 is added:
„4. It is recognized that in facilities where hotel services are provided without prior notification to the relevant records referred to in Article 38, the sanitary requirements referred to in paragraph 1 point 2 are not met.”

Art. 35. [Hotel facilities]
- Hotel services may be provided in hotel facilities that meet:
1) requirements as to the size of the object, its equipment and the scope of services rendered, established for the type and category into which the object has been classified;
2) sanitary, fire and other requirements specified in separate regulations. - Hotel services may also be provided in other facilities, if these facilities meet the minimum equipment requirements referred to in art. 45 point 4, and the requirements specified in para. 1 point 2.
